ORDERING FAQ's

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we are not taking any orders outside of the U.S. at this time.

Will I be notified after my order has shipped ?

Yes, on all orders you will receive an email notification with details of your shipment.

How do I place an order ?

Orders are accepted through email and online only.

How long does it take to receive my order ? Are rush orders accepted?

The average production time for most custom printed items is 2 weeks. Although depending on the quantity and detail of designs to be printed we offer rush services. Please contact us today by email for the availability of this service. Provide the specific date ,quantity and attach your desired design in that email. 

If there is a problem with my order, what do I do ?

We want to help you resolve the problem as quickly and effectively as possible. By client request we can send a digital photo of the printed work to your email for approval.

ARTWORK FAQ's

How do I get my artwork to you ?

To get  your artwork to us you can send an email of the design to waviibabiiapparel@gmail.com (please keep the file size under 10 meg).You can also mail a copy of your artwork or designs to P.O. Box 816173 Dallas, TX 75381. If you'd like to mail your artwork we accept CD's, DVD's and flash drives.

My artwork or design is not in a png form. Is there and extra charge to alter the artwork into a png ?

Yes, there will be an extra charge to edit your artwork into a png format. The extra charge will be determined by the level of touch up needed. Please send us your artwork for a quote.

I have several designs. Will I be charged for each design?

We offer vinyl,screen printing and embordiry. If you'd like your designs screen printed each design is treated and priced seperately. Each design requires seperate screens and press set up.

PRINTING FAQ's

I already have the items I'd  like my design on. Will you print on them ?

Yes, We can print on items like t-shirts,jackets,hats,pants and more ! for any occasion ! please email us for more information

What method do you use to apply the designs to the garments ?

Currently we accept all Vinyl, Heat transfer and screen printing orders.

  • Heat Transfer - A professional heat transfer sheet has an image printed on it . That image is then placed on the garment and positioned onto a commercial heat press. Heat pressed designs lasts 7-10 washes.

  • Vinyl - A sheet of Polyurethane is cut to produce your design and applied to your garment using heat.Vinyl printing lasts up to a year under normal use and care.

  • Screen Printing - A design or artwork is impressed on a surface by forcing ink or metal through a prepared screen of fine material. screen printing . Screen printed items last years under normal use and care.

  • Embroidery (coming soon)

RETURNS/REFUNDS FAQ's

Can I Return my order for a refund ?

All sales are final. Refunds will not be permitted on any orders. Even Exchanges will be available in some cases and items must be exchanged within 14 days.

Is there a deposit or set up fee to order ?

Yes, when ordering your items you will be asked for an immediate non refundable deposit. Once the deposit is paid the t-shirt artist will begin your order. A set up fee is also charged for orders of 10 or more items. 

Care Instructions

  • Wash and dry garments inside out. By doing this your giving your design a layer of protection during the wash and dry. This allows the design to last without fading or coming off.​

  • Cold or warm water temperature settings should be used to wash your garments. Exceeding 178 degree temperatures can cause damage to your design.

  • Dry on a low / tumble setting or hang dry your garments. Hang drying will minimize any wrinkles and low heat will preserve the design.

  • DO NOT IRON DIRECTLY ON DESIGN! The high heat can cause the melting of your design especially for heat transfer and vinyl printing.
